A noun is the name of a person, animal, place, or thing.
Examples:
Allah – اللَّه
مُحَمَّدٌ – Muhammad
حَجَرٌ – stone
فَرَسٌ – Horse
جَنَّةٌ – Garden
نَخِيلٌ – palm
نَارٌ – Fire
طَيْرٌ – bird
قَمَرٌ – Moon
شَمْسٌ – sun
لَيْلَةٌ – night
نَهَارٌ – morning
قِيَامَةٌ – doomsday
فِيْلٌ- elephant
حَبْلٌ – rope
Verb – الفِعْلُ
A verb denotes action with the past, present, or future tense.
Examples:
فَتَحَ – He opened
ضْرِبُ – He hits
اِسْمَعْ – Listen
لا يَنْصُرْ – don’t help
Particle – الحَرْفُ
The particle is a word that does not convey a complete meaning when it stands alone. It gives meaning to a sentence only when it is used with a verb or a noun. The article does not indicate the past, present, or future tense. Examples:
مِنْ – From
عَنْ – From/ about
